ELECTION PROGRAM
- I will defend the interests of the residents of our constituency in the Kyiv City Council;
- I will monitor the targeted use of city budget funds through the introduction of an electronic control system;
- I will ensure the legality of the alienation of land plots for public use;
- I will introduce electronic control over the progress of citizens' appeals to government representatives;
- I will promote the creation of the "Electronic Housing and Utilities Service" system, which will improve the quality of service for citizens, and will allow controlling the performance of the duties of Housing and Utilities Service employees, as well as simplify the receipt and payment of bills;
- I will promote the automation of regional management through the creation of an "e-Government" system, which will bring the system of interaction between citizens and the state to a completely new level and make the use of corruption schemes impossible;
- I will promote the creation and implementation of the pilot project "Anti-Corruption Portal", which will allow any citizen of Ukraine to access information about the assets of officials and their activities in power, as well as to file a complaint about corruption facts in the most convenient way and find out the results of the investigation of these facts;
- I will make every effort to restore green areas and parks for recreation;
- I will control the construction and renovation of children's and sports grounds in the district;
- I will make every effort to reconstruct the inter-quarter road surface;
- I will take care of the educational, cultural and spiritual level of development of children and youth in our neighborhood;
- I will support the organization of extracurricular activities in educational institutions in our neighborhood (creating conditions for quality and healthy leisure);
- I will hold regular receptions of voters in the district to solve the problems of both the territorial community and each voter individually.
The main problem of Kyiv is the inconsistency of the management system with the modern needs of the residents. The activities of the authorities are based on corruption schemes that need to be destroyed. We must build a transparent and as convenient as possible system for the needs of Kyiv residents. I propose to start these changes precisely in the Desnyansky district. I am well aware of the problems of the residents of our constituency, because I myself grew up in this area on Mayakovsky Street, my parents, friends, and good neighbors live here.
