In an interview with Ukrinform, I talked about the prospects of experimental implementation of a unified information space in the Kyiv and Vinnytsia regions and electronic cards for receiving social services.
Today, the Department of International Relations and Information Technologies of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine is directing all efforts to effectively implement a unified information space and maximize the simplification of the provision of social services to the population. In real time, in the near future, it will be possible to quickly exchange data for the registration of a particular social service, using advanced technologies. Reducing the time to collect the necessary information in various government agencies, timely updating of data and online operation will allow to significantly speed up the process of receiving social services, as well as providing comprehensive advice on a specific request.
