On October 14, a trilateral agreement was signed in Kyiv between the Government of Ukraine, the German bank KfW and the Ukrainian Social Investment Fund to provide a grant of 7 million euros to finance projects for the development of social infrastructure in the country.

The top 10 places in the ranking belong to South Korea, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Finland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Japan, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
